Exchange & Refund Policy

You will receive your Libra order within 3–4 working days.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days, provided it is unworn and in its original condition.
• We do not charge any return or exchange fees — you will only need to cover the shipping costs, which vary by location.
• Items purchased as part of a bundle offer are not eligible for partial returns or exchanges. You must return the entire bundle to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• If you purchased an item during a sale, and that offer is no longer active, we cannot process exchanges at the same discounted price.
