    I made an order two weeks prior my travel time, I had informed the customer service via instagram that am traveling very soon and please confirm my order, the reply I received was since I got a confirmation number to my email it’s already confirmed, then since that time I kept contacting ur page on instagram asking to expedite the process and eventually and all coldly and carelessly I got a message that says sorry the items are sold out! After two weeks of making an order and one day before my journey.

    That’s not respectful in my opinion so why confirming an order if you have a shortage of it!!!
